Intelligent Contact Solutions LTD (ICS) was founded in 2007 by a local business man whose main goal was to develop a solution to support the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kenya. Our focus as an IT company is on IT infrastructure and software development. Our belief is that the future of business is in e-commerce.
Our world as it is today is filled with a convenience focused society. We no longer have consumers who want to venture onto the high streets in order to buy items. Most consumers want to shop from their own homes and this makes e-commerce a flexible solution to both businesses and consumers. From start-ups to small businesses right through to huge market brands, there’s a huge number of businesses that could benefit greatly from their own e-commerce platform where they can sell their own products and services. E-commerce is slowly gaining ground as one of the ways MSMEs and SMEs can gain competitive advantage in the business world and in the coming years it will be the life line for most businesses.

Mission

Our mission is to support MSMEs and SMEs into sustainable businesses using technology. Most businesses have relied on the traditional brick and mortar set up and the ‘need’ to stay local to keep them going. However, we know that there’s better way to grow. Plenty of people will continue to shop in store but online shopping is expected to grow at a great pace with millennials being the most likely demographics to make purchases. It is important for business men to learn about e-commerce (especially mobile e-commerce) because creating and supporting new businesses will soon rely heavily on online businesses. This is why we’ve created a platform that unites the business world and the community through software to help these businesses grow every single day.
